Buffalo Wild Wings - Shorewood

Love eating and love the service every time I go! the staff is friendly and great with children. eating is always hot and served as it is ready so some might wait a little longer for their food, but its always hot.

For the first time test the buffalo bar pizza. I liked the cracker-thin crust, I would like more chicken on the pizza, but it was good. not spicy, also with the added jalapeños on the top, but still a good appetizer.

I did that when I ordered the ultimate nachos. you're probably going to taco bell.

I would like to begin by saying that the staff is very friendly and lulu about it. the biggest problem is the kitchen staff. they are not able to manage a large amount of people who take orders and produce qualitatiw high quality food. my wings had much too much sauce, and when I asked for a replacement of only simple wings, they were extremely dry. there were several things that our party had to be repaired, and at the end, eating was not yet the largest for the price for it. the projector speaker was too loud for my taste. you better get chickens from canes.

Quality of service has gone way by downhill here. We had to ask the hostess for napkins and silverware. Our drinks were empty for ages and our waitress wasn't around. Our order wasn't correct when we received it short a side of fries and we were given the wrong type of wings...won't be coming back anytime soon.
