Little Caesars Pizza - Shoreline

Little Caesars is a national pizza fast food chain that is known for their hot n ready food, where you can just walk in and buy and then leave without waiting around for one to cook. This location is pretty small, and usually has a line. Pricing is normal here, their lunch deal is really good for the value, and they usually have hot n ready items available. The parking lot here is always a mess though, tough to find parking sometimes.

Crust was raw. It might look like melted cheese in the picture but it is actually completely raw dough. Only cooked around the edge. Update: spoke to asst mgr. He offered a free pizza next time I come in. Still have an inedible pizza but he tried.

I had a promotion from T-Mobile for a $3 pizza. I entered the code when placing my order, but it wouldn't accept my payment. When I went to the restaurant, the cashier was unwilling to help resolve the issue, simply stating that they lost money. I hope the restaurant takes this feedback into consideration and improves their customer service. It was a simple problem that could have been easily fixed.

Poor customer service, there was a woman yelling orders at other employees. She was extremely rude to my 8-year-old son. All he did was glance at a broken game in the lobby, but she accused him of trying to touch it and scolded him. She even turned off the game he was playing in the corner. This establishment is the worst.
