Bidra med feedbackIf you've never tried Buffalo (aka Bison), you're missing out. If you can pay for it, I highly recommend a Bison steak in order to get the full flavor. I usually get the pot roast, which is quite good, but the steak is just fantastic if you like full-bodied flavor. Contrary to what you might believe, it's not at all gamey tasting, and is extremely lean. Do not have it cooked beyond medium, you will regret it. The cherry-lemonade is very tasty as well. Their onion rings come in a set of 5 or 6, but are a good 5 inches in diameter and an inch thick, so worth a try. They also have home made pickles!
