Key Bridge Terrace - Shirlington

Nice and comfortable hotel. Personels are helpfull. The room was clean. Bed was full of comfort. Breakfast was enough and delicious. I recommend.

The room itself is good. Clean and decent size. But they asked me to write down my credit card info on a paper because system is down, which is a huge red flag to me… we forgot one watch in the room when checking out. We called the same day and everyday after and also submitted request on their website as told. Now they only responded in email that nothing was turned in to them and when we call the front desk they always say the housekeeping manager is not here and we should call another time……

We had a beautiful view of the city of Rosalyn where the 14th floor was epic while viewing fireworks.

I like the place but the room is very small and over priced.

Considering its affordable price (less than 200 USD/night, or 9000-12000 Hyatt points/night), its great service and convenient location, I'd definitely give 5-stars for this Hyatt hotel.
