Dunkin' In Arl - Shirlington

April 28, 2024: I am keeping my rating at one star. The woman at the register didn't know how to make an Iced Mocha, so I just ordered a regular coffee. My Everything Bagels did not have any cream cheese on them. October 2020: This restaurant has really gone downhill. The employees at the register don't seem to understand the importance of cleanliness, as I found a fruit fly in my sealed coffee cup. It was gross. When I brought it to their attention, they refused to make me a new one. They also couldn't communicate well in English, making it difficult to deal with them. I would suggest avoiding this place, especially since only the cashier wears a mask, while the rest of the kitchen staff does not. August 2018: I usually don't focus on healthy options when reviewing Dunkin' Donuts, as this is where I go for my Happy Brew (large coffee with five creams and sugars). My kids love the pink donuts with sprinkles. If you fill out their survey, you can get a free donut. This location is much better than the one in Crystal City Shops, as they are always efficient and offer a variety of options.

I like to wake up early, so I enjoy getting a coffee and donut from this Dunkin' Donuts. The staff here are always friendly and skilled at their jobs.
