Bidra med feedbackI'm a 68-year-old man and was out for a bike ride. it was pretty hot! I had started with a plastic water bottle that immediately fell from the holder. I was pretty thirsty, not dehydrated or something. I thought I'd ask the person who works there if I could have a little cup of water. I was told that this could not be, I asked why and was said it was against social policy. I was occasionally with the grandchildren and never thought twice about spending my money. Anyway, not to hit a dead horse, but that was just wrong. I give that ralph is a big zero. for not as a community winner, but as a loser. I am sad to say that I do not go back to ralphs and anyone who reads this little critique should also think twice. I'm sorry.

I tried working here for two days. The daughter of the owner was extremely unpleasant for an ice cream place. I previously worked at the Ralph’s in riverhead with no problem. They complained and didn’t want me working there because I seemed quote unmotivated I didn’t have the same “training” and didn’t want to train me. I went back for my paycheck today and they lied about it being ready I now have to pay more money to pick it up tomorrow. Overall just an unhappy place.
On line 20 plus minutes on a Saturday. Clearly undrstanding it was during peak service it still looked like an unorganized cluster. Had to walk away. Their windows system needs work. Note to Management: Two windows not being utilized correctly. One neededs to be assigned order and the second pick up. You can not mess up Italian icees but you can mess up customer service. ?
