Beautiful place and decoration, but eating is not perfect and it is expensive

The price is a little bit high. But the quality of the food is good with great atmosphere. If you wanna go there for shisha(ghelion) in weekends you must request food or otherwise they will knock you out.

It was the worst mistake to choose this restaurant. I was embarrassed in front of my guests. I went there with 20 persons of my family members. After 1.5 hours that nobody came for our order, I personally went to find a waitress. When she came, everything we ordered was not available. At the end they hadn’t taken some of the orders and came with fewer number of orders. I ordered 4 portions of rice but they brought just a small dish of rice which they said was good for 3 persons. They brought three orders in one plate. There wasn’t any glasses. All in all they had the worst customer service and it was the worst place I’ve ever gone among so many restaurants I’ve been in different cities and countries up to now. It was a total embarrassment in front of my guests.

Poor sevice delivery , serve the tea in a broken cup , the worst experience is that they turn off all the lamp whenever we be there !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!¡!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And they close the main door while our car be in parking!!!!!!! I wont recommend anyone .
