The blonde haired male employee who was training a girl was absolutely rude to her said things like why are you just standing there , ask questions, if you get fired they will never hire you back and kept telling her what to say in rude manners , he also made our stuff , custard all over the lids , messy and not pleasant at all

Sorry this place is a disappointment. A sour milk smell wafting out to greet the customers. I’m sure they are losing customers.

Customer service isn't their specialty, neither is a clean shop.

I went to buy an ice cream and when I look inside the business it was totally disgusting. The floor, the refrigerators and machines are all dirty. How is it possible to run a business like this? I canceled my order and went elsewhere with my family. Clean up your business. Shippensburg
