Shí Yóu Jīng の Xiāng - 室戸市

It's been a long time since our last meal gathering. We made a reservation and came with my colleagues from work. It's been almost two years since we last met. Last order is until 6:30 so it's okay to have dinner a bit late. There are panels in front of us, the tables are spaced out, and everyone is scattered around. I ordered the famous jumbo shrimp fry set meal. The shrimp fry is so big that you can take big bites and enjoy it. It was so large that I had to peel the head and there were various parts like shrimp miso. It's a bit crispy and the rice was a bit hard, which was disappointing. I also ordered an ice cream as an addition. Muruto Blue for 320 yen. It's salty milk maybe? It's colored in indigo and has a light blue color. It's light and refreshing even though it's cold. I'm full and happy as I leave. There were also various souvenirs available.

This restaurant is a great combination of a rest stop, a whale museum, and a place to enjoy a meal. With free parking and a fantastic view, you can also enjoy the geopark. I stopped by casually to try some whale meat. I had the deep-fried whale lunch set that reminded me of the whale meat I used to have in school lunches. It was tender, low in fat, and absolutely delicious. It was nothing like the dry texture I remembered from school, and it made me realize how tasty whale meat can be. The restaurant was clean, and the staff were polite and attentive, leaving me satisfied.

Delicious! Whale themed. The explanations were detailed and the service was good. I was a little worried because the Google reviews were low, but it's actually a great restaurant. They're open for lunch and dinner, so we were able to eat around 2pm, which is an odd time. The photo is of the "whale set meal." It includes whale sashimi, whale Tataki, whale Karaage, and whale tongue. Rice refills are free! Everything was delicious, but the Karaage was the best! It was freshly fried. It might have been my first time trying freshly fried Karaage.

三連休日曜日に訪問。 店内はかなり広く11時30分時点で席待ち3組。 5分ほど待ち海側のテーブルに案内。すでに水とおしぼりがセットされてました。good！ 迷ったが、唐揚げ定食ご飯大盛りを注文。これでもかと盛られたご飯は大満足！ よく見てみるとご飯おかわり無料だったwww 肝心の唐揚げはサクサクジューシーでかなり好みの唐揚げでした。

刺身盛合せ定食を頼みましたが刺身が厚く美味しかったです。 鯨が有名みたいなので頼まなかったのがちょっと悔いが残りました 笑
