I have been to this Starbucks several times around 5:45 am and the employees are there but ignore me at the drive up speaker and window. Nothing said just ignored. The sign and website say that they open at 05:30. At least have the courtesy to say they aren't open yet, for whatever reason that might be. Poor customer service.
Ordered an iced coffee with heavy cream. $4.55? Tasted extremely old. I mean like old day old coffee. Took it back and ordered a Venti Iced Americano with heavy cream. $3.55. It cost a buck more to have old coffee than fresh brewed espresso. They replaced it with a Grande Americano. Politely told them that I paid 4.55 for the iced coffee and it's getting replaced with a much cheaper americano. They said they would fix it again but now I'm left with three drinks and they wouldn't take them back. The resolution was to give be a drink carrier. Now we have four drinks that I have to figure out what to do with instead of two. The manager voluntarily came over and started to chat it up. I asked how old the iced coffee was and she said it was made fresh at 4am. It's now 9:30. She said that it's good for 12 hours. Gross. $4.55 for old coffee. Next time, stick to the fresher and cheaper americano.
The nicest Starbucks ever! Just passing thru town and stopped on a whim. Coffee was fantastic and baristas so kind. The size and the accommodations of the store is incredible.
This review is to express how often Starbucks makes my drink wrong. I go there expecting to have them remake it as that is how frequent the order is incorrect. I love Starbucks Iced venti nonfat 3 pump mocha with an extra shot. No whip. That's my go to drink every day. It's disappointing, with the cost of a coffee these days, how protocols aren't in place to ensure the drink you order is the drink you are going to receive.
