Tim Hortons - Sherwood Park

Just a quick lunch having a sandwich combo and a coffee. Counter staff were really good.

They actually brew the decaf fresh. When you order it a nice change from several of their competitors a large cup of coffee runs two bucks and takes only a minute or two to make good place to stop.

The last three times I've been to this location have been similar experiences. Front end staff is lovely (if a bit slower than other locations) but supervisors have been absolutely awful to staff. Demeaning, shouting, treating them horribly all around.

I went in for a breakfast wrap with bacon waited for 30 minutes for it befor I said anything and when I did something I got a wrap with just an egg on it. And my boyfriend got a sausage and egg on an everything bagel and he got an everything blt. The only thing the ladies got right was my coffee. If I could do 0 stars I would give that.

It is a busy location, and really the only option around, but the server was non-caring nonchalant and would toss your food.
