Bidra med feedbackI've never been to this subway before. I was quite impressed. My daughter loves Subway. I've been many times and have come to think of them as a low quality food preparation place. This one was amazing. Hopefully the next time I go it will continue to impress me.
Very disappointed in quality of sandwiches, ordered on the app for pick up. Super stingy on the veggies, no lettuce on 1 of the subs. Subs were slapped together. Waited for 20 minutes, as it wasn?t updated to say ready. Will not be going to this location again.
Came in yesterday at 8 pm. The attendant was super in a rush to clean the place and get out of there. He sliced my sub in the wrong way and did not care. Super one worded replies trying to get me to pay fast. If you like bad customer experience this is the place.
Absolutely the worst experience at a Subway ever. Staff either doesn?t know how to make sandwiches or messes up on purpose. Didn?t know how to take an order over the phone so got me to do it through the app and they still messed it up. Ordered a toasted veggie delight: put the wrong type of bread, didn?t toast it, added spinach, missed the sauces, ADDED CHICKEN?? Check out my order vs what they gave me below! Honestly I almost barfed when I had the first bite and felt the meat. Called the store and apparently they cant issue a refund because its an online order. Waiting for the managers who will be back Monday.
The staff here are better than most locations. Not sure if it was the manager or owner who was behind the counter today, but he's a real people person and cheerful. My coworker and I grabbed a couple meatball subs for lunch and had a laugh with him. We'll be back!
