Bistro 2100 - Sherwood Park

We were staying at the Clarion and had dinner in the Bistro. We arrived near 5:00 PM and there was one other party there. Service was friendly and prompt. All in our party were satisfied with their meals except one who ordered the fish with a salad. The fish was a disappointment . Other choices were fine. There was a problem with the cooler and beer that was served initially was slightly warm. The waiter apologized and provided complimentary replacements that were chilled. Prices were average for hotel dining.

Ate a couple of dinners there while attending a tournament hosted at Millennium Place. The menu is sparse but the prices were ok and the food was surprisingly good, though not spectacular. No ambiance but for a quick meal it did the trick. Others in the group stated their meals were good and the breakfast buffet was very good. Don't think I would make the trip there for a meal but if you are staying at the hotel or between games in MP this wasn't a bad choice. Service was very friendly.

I haven't visited this restaurant in a while, but last year Chris was the manager and he was really improving things. The quality of the food had greatly improved!

I only had breakfast at this restaurant because I was staying at the attached hotel, so I can't fully review the food. However, I can say that the hearty breakfast left me feeling full all day. The staff, especially the manager, were amazing. The manager genuinely cares about ensuring that guests have a great experience, going above and beyond with customer service. This sincerity is evident, as he is not just fulfilling an obligation. He is a friendly and honest person who wants to start your day off right. The rest of the staff follow suit, with no complaints or attitude when you want to make a change or ask a question. I enjoyed my mornings with the team and the delicious breakfasts.

Located in the Holiday Inn Sherwood Park and Conference Centre, this restaurant was a highlight of my week-long stay. I consistently enjoyed breakfast and dinner here, and the service was truly exceptional. I must give a special shoutout to Grace, who was incredibly attentive and friendly during breakfast service. For dinner, I opted for room service and was impressed by the prompt delivery of piping hot meals. I tried almost everything on the menu and was delighted by each dish. I highly recommend dining at this restaurant if you are staying at the hotel.
