Wingstop - Sherman

The quality of the service was bad. the server that took my order was not listening and gave me the wrong product as what I asked him. the workers were not friendly and did not greet anyone politely as it is expected every time they go into a wingstop.

I will never spend nor refer anyone to this Wingstop again. My son loves to eat carrots and the people who prepared the order took half the carrots and dumped them in the bottom of the bag. I don't care the wings was salty as hell but when you do my child food like that. Never again and the reason why Buffalo Wild Wings will always have my support along with my family and friends

Undercooked wings. The skin should be nice and crispy but the wings were super slimy. Gross. Couldn’t eat but two before I was too grossed out. And it took 27 minutes.

The food is as good as any Wingstop if you EVER get your correct order, which I never do. Infuriating when you order delivery, pay extra for what you want, and never get it. I’m going to start getting my wings elsewhere. This is the most horribly managed Wingstop I have ever seen. And the customer service there is terrible too.

Horrible customer service. Who answers a business with just hello and then proceeds to talk to someone in the background while you are trying to give your order. Then he acted upset cause he repeated back incorrect items and missed somethings.
