Gourmet China - Sherman

Love this place! We had the egg drop soup that was delicious. We had Chicken Chow my and Szechuan Chicken both delicious — service is wonderful that they never let our drinks run out and both the man and the lady are super friendly I think they are the owners. This place is like authentic Chinese food it is not prefabricated. They also gave us an orange for Dessert with their ticket and it just hit the spot.

Do not listen to bad reviews!!! Our family and friends love gourmet China and feel like one of the only authentic Chinese restaurants in the area. One of her best entrees is Lemon Chicken! You also have amazing soup (I recommend the Sizzling rice soup)! The staff is wonderful and always so friendly!

The place has a little old calm mood, but the owners are a very sweet older Asian couple, so it is only suitable for me. The service was great, the man who served me was very patient with me and helped me to come with a good order. I told him I wanted it togo and he still brought me a sweet little tray of cracker type cookies and this delicious jam, it's a great little snack. I made a great order bc I wanted to experience a variety of their food, and it was in exceptional time, all hot and fresh tasting. It was very hot home though I ran several brooms. The Shrimp Chow mine was a very generous part of delicious vegetables and a decent amount of well cooked shrimps. The fried rice has an authentic home cooked taste, and the fried food was also delicious. It had a somewhat thick dough, but I thought it was a good authentic tempura taste, so I was glad it was well coated. Overall, it was a day and I'm a few of their dishes again. My experience was amazing and I would totally recommend.

My favorite restaurant in the world. For over 30 years, everything has been fresh and excellent.

Best Chinese food for miles in my area. Hands down the most authentic I've had.
