Applebee's - Sherman

Could have used a double shot in my Hawaiian blue; Speedy service though!

Taylor was our server and she was awesome. The best service I have had at that establishment. And the manager Kirby greeted us, sat us, and immediately took our drink order. She is by far the best manager I’ve ever come across in this particular Applebee’s. With great service like this we will definitely be back soon. Everything was great and we didn’t have to send anything back.

Applebee's is good but I could only give it a three star due to the fact that it seems every time I go there my waitress spends more time with my husband than she does with me! Now don't get me wrong I'm not the jealous type however if they want me to keep coming back they better catered to me the woman now my husband! And I kind of feel like the food is overrated and overpriced! But All in all the food is pretty good. I know they have a real good margarita yummy

You walk in and the place has a weird smell. The upholstered seating is all stained up, there’s dust on the blinds, the windows and the lighting. Our waitress is nice, but there are obviously no dress standards, bra straps are plainly visible. The place needs an update, and sadly the location isn’t great anymore. You don’t get the value for the cost of the food, we got the appetizer samplers with 4 mini appetizers (very mini) and it was almost $20, looking at what little food we seemed to have, it wasn’t worth it. I doubt I’ll pick this place to eat at again.

Got there right after opening. We greeted right away, but as we were being seated I noticed almost all the tables were dirty. The floor was also not clean. I ordered chicken tenders and fries. My fries were cold and the condiments on the table were empty. At the end of our meal, my husband and I were talking and our waitress came over and just started talking over me.
