Bidra med feedbackThis place is worth the visit for the boba alone. I have mango smoothie-boba and my daughter got the Taro smoothie-boba. the food was also excellent and the service. the calamari was perfectly prepared with a fantastic diving sauce. I want to go back.
I have lunch with elansuppe, salat and half a roll. the suppe and the salate were great, but the rolls were sub par.
My family has been going for years after big fish because we were introduced them by friends of us. it was one of the main restaurants that my daughter had to visit each time when she came from new york to home, and doug and his wife welcomed her with such joy and even gave her famous salat dress to go back with her to new york! but then sold the restaurant. we were skeptical about the new owners, because the portions seemed a little bit smaller and less exciting the salat had not so much in him, the rollers had more tear and less filling, etc. but we tried and tried it more and more and wanted to continue to support the business, especially during the covid, despite the fact that they did not wear properly masks earlier and their customers did not ask to do this without them. but tonight was the last stray. I put an order in person while I reloaded after work. I paid for it and the owner told me to come back in 35 minutes. he even wrote it on the reception! but I came back after 40 minutes and they hadn’t started even cooking it! the cook had the galle to say that it was because the kitchen was busy, but if the kitchen was that busy they did not take my order or told me it would be 35 minutes! in the did the chef made the owner responsible for not having to come back in an hour! and then they wanted me to wait there while they started cooking! I couldn't believe it! the owner offered me my money back. they didn't even have to call the booth and let me know that it was late or would offer me a gift card for a future visit. I leave it to the manager or the owners to find out how rewarding it is to keep their old customers happy and to correct this situation. to see some of the other reviews, it seems that they are not so interested to do this, but only time will say it. I've eaten here by then.
The fish was mixed, some was fresh and some was not. The salad and baked roll did not taste very good. Very average sushi.
I have been going to eat at Big Fish once a week for the last 6 7 yrs because it's close to my work. Today I ordered chickenYani Soba and it was too greasy and smelly that I couldn't eat so I told the owner that it was too greasy for me and can't eat it let's just charge me and let me go!! He the owner went off on me harassed, yelled, and very disrespectful to me that why am I complaining!!! He was almost coming to me to get physical and his wife stopped him. With that kinda customer service and don't recommend anyone to go there. Also that place is always very empty and honestly doesn't have a good reputation around the neighbor hood. I would never go there and support their business any more. They lost a loyal customer
