Bidra med feedbackThis Subway clearly has a handling and training problem! What about cleanliness! I have never seen a Subway that works the same. I changed branch because it was made too pathetic. What can I say about the manager, whom I have seen going around in circles several times when there is an incredible queue or yelling at her boyfriend because he called to find out what to have for dinner! The employees do their best.
We didn't arrive at 8:48 a.m. and we were told that it was closing because there weren't many people, but we were supposed to close at 9:30 a.m., bravoo
I ordered a 6 inch cucumber, bacon, chicken and tomato! And guess what I got 6 inch onion salad chicken
The cleanliness left much to be desired. The floor was very dirty; Obviously, it had been cleaned for several days. Passing the broom on closing is a minimum. The tables were also unclean. The staff was courteous, but only one employee seemed able to resolve small glitches, which greatly slowed down the service of an extremely busy lunchtime.
We went to the Rockforest Subway on May 9 because we received discount coupons by mail. When I order, I am advised that they have no more ham, no more salad and no more bags to put my order. As if that wasn't enough, the discount coupons valid from April 24th to June 11th didn't work. We tried 3 of them, the 3 x 12 inch one for $25.99, the two twelve inch one for $17.99 and the one to buy a 12 inch and get the second one at 50% off. None of the coupons worked. So my order cost me twice as much. It's false advertising.It should also be mentioned that they often run out of bread.
