Bidra med feedbackOur waiter was outstanding. He helped us make good choices and was very attentive throughout the meal. The manager and rest of the staff was friendly and helpful. The steaks were best choice for a main course. They were excellent.
The whole experience was underwhelming. First, it took awhile before we were allowed to order since they had to show us their platter of raw meat and explain the different cuts. We did not want to see the meat. This is not art..it 's meat. My filet mignon was one of the worst I have ever had. It was not a center cut as promised. It had fat and grizzle running through a large section of it, which was in not edible. My wife had Salmon. The fish itself was excellent, but the dish would have been much better if the fish was served with vegetables and potatoes instead of a huge portion of cold lettuce. All in all, a big disappointment for a restaurant that bills itself as a Premium steak and fish restaurant.

One of the best restaurant experiences ever! The aged steak was wonderful (I would have liked a larger portion of mashed potatoes...but I'm a glutton), the drinks dessert were on point, and the Chef's Table experience was thoroughly enjoyable; even got free vodka espresso shots on the house! Will definitely be back if ever in Sherbrooke again.
The experience fell short of my expectations for a supposed 5-star steak and fish restaurant. All of our steaks were overcooked, and the shrimp were just barely blanched. The service was disappointing as well. It was my birthday, and they didn't even offer a cake or provide a champagne bucket to chill my celebratory drink. The manager seemed oblivious to customer satisfaction and appeared to treat the staff poorly. It’s hard to believe they specialize in steaks given their inability to cook them properly. Honestly, if I could rate it a zero, I would.
