The staff was incredibly rude focused solely on mobile not the actual customers that are in your store which is terrible and ignored my order for 10 minutes I had to ask 4 different people and different times where my drink was. Again this is your Shelton location on march 16th around 8:30am. This staff needs to be updated on customer service. I?ll be going to another chain as this one has gone downhill due to your employees.
I only do drive through and they're pretty quick and always friendly. If they don't have my size cup they upgrade me to a bigger size for free.
It's starbucks. In my experience they have always been clean nice places this one included
Don't know why but they were closing at like 4pm and began mopping and all while I was there.
Very smooth and efficient visit to grab my favorite iced latte before work in the morning
