Chef Chen's - Shelbyville

The person answering the phone here speaks little English. I asked for low salt and she said sauce is extra. I tried again and asked for little salt and she replied that red sauce is $1.50 extra. I gave up and drove over there to order in person so the order would be correct. First, you have to stand outside to order in the cold and a funky little window. Ring the bell and she eventually came. The first thing out of her mouth was what you want? I started to order and she didn 't have a clue. Then she gets rude. First and last time visit. Not worth the effort. Plenty other food around.

Called an tried to place an order and the lady that answered sounded like I woke her up I said is this Chef Chens? Then she said Chef Chen's how can I help you? I tried to tell her what I wanted she said HELLO.. I said it again she said I cant hear you.... i hung up forget it!

Price for two dinners delivered 43.85 high way robbery. Just lost a loyal customer

Always great food. We usually get egg rolls, veggie fried rice, sweet and sour chicken, and won tons. Fast to deliver as well. Never been disappointed.

I ordered the triple delite , what I got was a to go plate with beef and broccoli , onions very small amount of chicken and 3 shrimp.1st. and last time.
