Bidra med feedbackThe service was impeccable! The ribeye was tender, juicy and perfectly cooked, however the lamp chop was tough, chewy and dry. Bit of a disappointment for the price. Won't be getting that again. The drinks were great as well and again, our server was phenomenal! I will return but I'll be sure to get a steak next time.
Located within Indiana Grand Casino, this steakhouse has delicious lamb chops and filet mignon with all the sides you could ever want! The food, expectedly, did take about 30-45 minutes to come to the table which our awesome waitress warned us about when ordering the medium rare lamb chops (average cooking time she said)! Our experience was awesome and albeit on the pricier end, we?ll definitely find a reason to be back for more.
EDIT- I previously rated Center Cut five stars, but upon my most recent visit on January 18, 2020, I was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED! No more nice selection of bread with three different spreads served on a Himalayan salt block. They now bring you some bread that tastes like it was purchased off of the week old clearance section at the supermarket with a very bland spread...JUST ONE SPREAD. My Cesar's salad was just a couple of purple and green leaves, with a dressing that lacked flavor. I ordered the filet, and requested a medium cook. It came out BLACKENED with a brown center. WAY OVERCOOKED! We also ordered a lobster mac and cheese. It came out lukewarm, and the lobster bits in it were overcooked and rubbery. I never thought I'd be so extremely disappointed in any of Center Cut's offerings. Ever since Caesar's took over, they've made an effort to try and make even MORE money from the casino. The quality of the steakhouse is now even less than what I would expect from a place this nice. Texas Roadhouse is even better than Center Cut now. You'd think they would have let a good thing stand, but I guess greed got the best of management, which I don't understand. They are making money hand over fist with the new gambling options, and still want more. For the amount of money I spent, I deserve better than what some chain can offer. I was going to bring my concerns to Eric, the manager at the time of my visit. He is an excellent manager and use to run a tight ship. It's not his fault for this place to have gone downhill. I Will not spend anymore of my money here, and I'd advise to seek somewhere to eat before coming here to gamble. The other food options are dismal at best. I will leave my original review below, so you can compare. Center Cut never disappoints! I went for my birthday dinner with my wife, and everything was delightful. The service is always superior, as is the food. I had a NY strip, with mashed potatoes and lobster mac and cheese. The bread plate always has a good selection of bread and spreads. I'd give more stars if I could. I really enjoy Center Cut
Place is fire, food is great! Check put my pictures!! Atmosphere is nice, light jazz piano in the background, lighting accents are very modern yet cozy.
Our steaks and dessert were delicious, as they always are. I would have given a 5 star but our service was not up to par tonight.
