Bidra med feedbackWe always look forward to a taco pizza when traveling through from Tennessee. This was by far the worst taco pizza we've ever had. We placed the order online and it said it'd be 25 mins. We showed up on time and they hadn't even started our order, we waited an additional40 mins. There was 4 people back in the kitchen!! One other customer picked up some pizzas. They put the smallest handful of chips on the pizza and then whole tomato slices ???????????. Nobody seemed to know what they were doing.
I stopped here to get gas and a drink at roughly around 6 and they were closed. Sadly enough you never would've known it until you drove up into the parking lot. I understand it being closed for Thanksgiving weekend but from Google Maps it looks like it's regular business hours for this gas station off the interstate to be closed at 6 PM. If it was in the summer it would've quit 3 hours before the sun did. Highly disappointed. A gas station in this location should never be closed before midnight or it just shouldn't be open. I was thinking about maybe grabbing a slice too but looking at these reviews made me realize I dodged a bullet.
!!!BEWARE!!! worst customer service ive ever experienced. i came in to cash in my lottery ticket the lady (manager) snaps the ticket out of my hand and says im going to set this aside and just begins helping other people in line. i waited just like everyone else! how rude! then wont cash all my tickets tears up the ones she will without me being able to see them and hands me money out of her pocket without a receipt and huffed and puffed when i requested a receipt. upon further inspecting realized she stole a $500 lottery ticket from me! ive called the police and will update on status!
I came in tonight to pick up a pizza and wimgs. I was told my order would only take 20 min. I showed up a little after 20 min then had to wait another 20 min because the lady did not start my order till I walked in the store. I tried to check out then one of the clerk lady's decided to reboot her computer in the middle of scanning me out. I was then asked to move down to another register. I had a few items to check out with and get gas . When I payed the clerk said thank you and I asked for a bag and she looked at me like I was crazy and decided to question me before giving me the bag I was about to leave when I noticed they had baged the pumps I was pulled up to and payed for and no one said anything I even said the pump number. Overall I spent over an hour at this store. I would never come back here even if every pump was closed in the state I would drive to the next state. The wings were pre cooked frozen trash and the pizza was over priced your better off with anywhere else.
I see lots of negative reviews here, but I enjoy their coffee and donuts. It is unfortunate that only one young woman appeared to be working there this morning if they're having to stay at the cash register, they're not able to do other things (like clean restrooms, empty trash bins). I don't pretend to understand current staffing issues across service businesses, but do appreciate them being there.
