Very rude customer service. Had to wait on food which I know isn’t the servers fault but they could at the minimum talk to the customer like a human being. I don’t expect fast food workers to engage in conversation but also to not interact very aggressively. Complain the whole time about serving people talking down to you as if you’re stupid. I don’t mind receiving sloppy food here and there since these establishments always have their hands full coming from someone who’s worked in the industry, but my bun being stuck to the side of the bag completely unwrapped is just uncalled for. ?

At 5 pm, on a busy day, the onion rings were cold. Hush puppies were hot but no butter; they were dry. The spicy chicken sandwich is a very thing pressed chicken patty on a bun with little flavor. It did have a fresh slice of tomato. The chocolate shake was frozen. Tasted like maybe made from something imitation other than real dairy and chocolate.

Cookout is a local favorite in Charlotte and known for food food fast at a reasonable cost. Wasxon a trip with my best friend and we spotted the Cook out and were able to get gt iced tea and BLT sandwiches and an order of hushpuppies. Food was great, service was not as friendly as we are accustomed.

I was going to eat here all the time; however, since hiring the new cook the food quality is terrible...fries aren't fully cooked. I circle around and then get more uncooked fries.Their portions are fn ridiculous. You use to get a decent amount. Sometimes I'll get 3 cheese bites and a few fries.White woman at night is a lying bih. She will have an attitude and lie to your face about them not having sauces. Go through the other line and guess what you get...the sauce.
