Good service, but rather pricy if you get a chicken for a party.

Always great food. Boasted chicken is hard to mess up and this place does it justice.

Was craving Chicken Shack and hadn’t been in over a year! Happy we stopped in. Hot and delicious chicken and potatoes. We’ll be back soon.

We had the worst experience tonight. called in a tour and was told about the phone 15-20 minutes. So we arrived after 20 minutes and it wasn't done, what was okay, I got it you came back. but after waiting of my man was said 2 more min, ok no big thing. 5 minutes were past and we saw how customers come and go without word on our order. I then asked how much longer and could see the exchange between someone who identified himself as manager and person in the deep frit. you could say that my food hasn't even started. I had to ask again how much longer and I was told 3 more minutes and then I asked for a refund. 40 minutes have passed and I was disgusted with the service. then I was given back a hard time for my money. the personal must be trained on professionalism, communication, and obviously they need to learn the computer system they use because they did not know how to correctly execute a refund.

I have placed and paid an online order. I come to the chicken stable to pick up my order and the doors closed with a shield, which says that it was closed for Tuesday night. I see that two girls were standing inside, I knocked on the door, I have commanded one and came here to pick it up 45 minutes later nobody called me to tell me that they were closed and now they have just stolen my money and not respond when I call. update: they have refunded me.
