Bojangles - Shelby

I ordered a12 piece supremes family meal . I had to pull up and wait for about 15 min which I did not mind because I thought it would be fresh and hot. When I got home the supremes were dry , dirty rice was really dry, could not keep on fork, seasonedfries were dry as if under a heat lamp and the biscuits were burned. I?ve never seen biscuits at a fast food place burned . It?salmost like they did it on purpose!! I paid 32.00 for this meal and could not eat it. The only thing that comes to mind is theyhave 20 yr olds running these places and it?s getting to the point that the quality of food is not being prepared right. I willnot be going back to this bojangles and will tell others about my experience.

Close doors at 9pm am truck driver ??????? up to drive Drive-through window trying to place a order on foot.... Some real foolishness.

My rice looked good, but once I actually put it in my mouth it was hard. It definitely wasn't cooked long enough! It was TERRIBLE and I absolutely could not eat it! I was so disappointed!! The dirty rice is one of the better menu items usually, butnot this time. The consistency of the rice has gotten so horrible as of late. Either its good, over cooked or under cooked.Don't think I'll be getting it again. Waste of money! The tenders were good. 3/10.

Gave this place another chance yesterday and of course they didnt disappoint!!!!!! They still sucked! So no more chances I will spend my money at another location but more than likely I'm going to change franchises. Worst bojangkes in 3 states food overcooked you can't bite the biscuit or the chicken. Looks like they are double or triple cooking it. STAY AWAY!!!!
