Chili's Grill - Shelby Township

Clean, fast service, very good experience. I came here to go on a date, and within 30 seconds of sitting down they had my drink out. When my date didn't show up, the staff were very kind and friendly, even though I was taking up one of their booths. Highlyrecommend this location!

This is the best location of chili?s there is. I drove a bit for it but totally worth it, clean when you walk in greeted lovely. Great staff as well as the food!!

The food was quite good and skillfully prepared. The salad was fresh, the French fries were fantastic, and the kids really enjoyed the mini burgers. We were particularly impressed by the staff. Our waitress collaborated with her colleagues to ensure that every occupied table was well taken care of. We were checked on several times, and the service truly exceeded our expectations.

I usually avoid corporate restaurants, but I really enjoy this Chili's close to my home. The service is excellent, and it's a popular spot for locals. My only complaint is that their chili tastes different from other locations across various states; it has too much chili powder, which makes it a bit bitter. On the bright side, you can play video games while waiting for takeout, and the fajitas are spot on!

My mom, husband, and I had lunch at Chili's on September 27, 2022. Our server, Joshua, was fantastic! He informed us about the lunch specials and offered excellent recommendations. He was incredibly helpful and very friendly! He was definitely one of the best servers I've had in a long time!
