Chili's Grill - Shelby charter Township

My boyfriend and I came in around 10pm Saturday evening and sat down at table 33. Jake was our waiter and provided the most exceptional customer service we have seen in quite some time. From his friendly personality to his infectious smile, his top priority was making sure we had the most amazing experience at Chili’s! He is so good at his job that he didn’t even need to write our order down on a notepad. Talk about memory skills at its finest! I called the restaurant two days later to speak with the manager and let them know how special our experience was and to give Jake the recognition he deserves. I had the pleasure of speaking with Eric the GM. Let me just say, Eric you are doing a phenomenal job displaying what it means to be a positive role model to your employees. To hear you jumped on the line to help cook when the evening rush came in shows true character of what a leader is and should be. I can definitely see why your business thrives because of your dedication and commitment to training your employees to make sure they treat the customers like family. My boyfriend and I haven’t been to a Chili’s in over 15 years and from this experience alone, we’re willing to drive an hour just to come to your restaurant and your restaurant only in the future. Thank you so much Jake Eric for making our date night truly magical and memorable. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone local or out of state if you want to create lasting memories.

Love this chili's on 26 mile and van dyke! The very best staff, great food, exceptional service. Never had a bad experience ever, and I go there twice a week! Cannot get over how wonderful the managers and wait staff are, the absolute best. They genuinely care about your dining experience, ,

Ordered the half bbq ribs and quesadilla it came with all the following.... 1. bbq ribs very dry and not enough bbq sauce. 2. The corn on the cob texture was off ... was very soggy.... they add way too much butter drenched on it. 3. The sausage was good it had cheese in it. 4.The brisket quesadilla was just okay pretty bland. 5. Mashed potatoes were good. My son had the burger old fashion was very tasty and juicy and fries perfectly well done as requested. The new chicken southwest salad with cheese quesadilla was good but ask for dressing on side. Had way too much on it.

Quick and easy to grab some quesadillas for a late dinner. The food was great. The staff was great. The 2 pops had way too much ice in them though, a few sips and nothing left to drink, hence the loss of the 5th star.

Wonderful place to enjoy great food, awesome service and meet with friends! I love Chili’s in Arizona and this Michigan location did not disappoint. Our server, Mary, was spot on with customer service and we will be back for sure! She made us feel so special and was one of my most favorite waitresses of all time!!! The whole restaurant was very clean and we had a great lunch. Highly recommend!
