New Orleans Pizza - Shelburne

New Orleans Pizza is a pretty solid pizza. It's like an in between of your average pizza from other pizza stores and a really good pizza like other top pizza stores. The crust isn't as greasy as Pizza Hut, which I like but it's still soft and crispy. We order from New Orleans at least once or twice a month!

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The pizza was absolutely delicious and they customized it exactly how I wanted. The staff member at the front was very friendly. I will definitely be returning here in the future!

I went to get a slice of pizza but they only had one left. When I asked the staff what kind it was, they said cheese. However, it turned out to be pepperoni, which was disappointing as I am a vegetarian. The pizza was also stale. This was a terrible experience and I will not be returning.

We ordered a plant based pepperoni pizza with extra sauce for pick up. Upon picking up the pizza and tasting it we realized it was real pepperoni. Went back in and told them and they agreed to make another one correctly. The new pizza did not have the extra sauce that was originally ordered. When explained this to them they said because the pizza was plant based it soaked up all the sauce hence the reason for it lacking sauce (not true). They gave us 2 dip sized containers with sauce to make up for their lack of customer service. Will never buy from here again. I will at least say that the lady was nice
