Bidra med feedbackHer caffe was a welcome, warm and friendly environment that lets you relax and forget all the problems. the volunteers are fabulous and it is always my way to sheffield.
The world peace cafe is located at the front of the Buddhist meditation center, just a few steps away from the lively eccleshall road. it has high ceilings and large windows that over the park, which really improves the relaxed feeling to the place. from her vegan menu my friend had the rainbow wrap and I had the lotus bowl, and they were both delicious. mass of fresh, brightly coloured vegetables with taste. we would have tried the cakes, but both were too full (good portion size! . in consideration that we both felt full and only over £5 per, I think the world peace cafe was really good value for money
Nice atmosphere of peace and tranquility in a nice Buddhist meditation centre. Overpriced food, small portions, often 2 quid for a tiny bit of cake, exorbitantly priced. Odd vibes at times, as the Buddhists leave just one monk to help out, and to manage a bunch of willing volunteers. Badly organised and chaotic. Updated from previous review on Sunday September 19, 2010 Have been today , the vegan cake is,a,delight but is expensive. Nice ambience, tea served in a delightful pot in this meditation centre.
Today we visited our family to a late lunch and could not feel welcomed anymore. the food was wonderful as the service. thank you.
This place is really special. a warm welcome for us and our dog and really delicious vegetarian and vegan food. I especially recommend the vegan pancakes.
