Tokyou - Sheffield

I feel very poor. I ordered deensechuan and got greasesechuan, even some of the soggy grease had no guts attached. I ate half a meal, so I only hit half the price. the waitress contacted the manager by phone, and I was told by the rude waitress, no, because they had no previous complaining, "lecker them". because the manager made a decision without seeing the fat things I left them, and all the others a photo. I left the place and paid for what I had eaten half.

This restaurant serves awful and terrible meals, so avoid eating here. We ordered a starter and chips to come with our main course, but the chips arrived 10 minutes before anything else. The duck and pancakes were extremely dry, and we only managed to eat one each. When we complained to the waitress, she seemed confused and had no idea what we were saying. The chicken curry and sweet and sour chicken were also very disappointing, with a terrible taste that seemed like a microwave meal. After complaining again, the waitress offered us different meals, but we refused and were given the bill. Coming from Northern Ireland, we would not tolerate such low quality food. As visitors to Sheffield, we paid our bill and left.

Although I am not a huge fan of Chinese food, I do enjoy Panda Express occasionally. However, I was not impressed with this particular restaurant. The staff seemed friendly, but they had trouble understanding my order and the ingredients in some of the dishes. Most importantly, I did not enjoy the taste of the three dishes I ordered. I ended up not eating them at all, and the prices were not very good either.

The delivery took 40 minutes longer than expected, and the beef dish was extremely tough. The driver was impolite, parking across the street and not coming to the door, instead honking the horn to signal me to come over, even though I wasn't wearing shoes. This has happened on both occasions I've ordered from this restaurant. The quality of the food was poor, so I would not consider returning.

Tastes funny didn’t eat the chicken curry meal due to this and tasted very unpleasant would not recommend this to anyone but the young lady who was waitress was lovely, the chicken curry tasted like cleaning products not happy at all as we have left are full meal they would not do anything about it at all apart from we pay full price for something we did not eat as we was disgusted about the curry. End of sorry about the rant. Do not recommend at all.
