Domino's Pizza - Sheffield

Visited the facility in the night of the Sunday of the 13th. when juni was short after midnight (technical Monday 14th) with a few friends after looking out the football. concrete measures have been introduced, which means that people must not enter the load, which was good to see. However, if we ask the personal to place a job, then we can't if we order the app. when we explained that we could not order the app that we were ignored by several employees. we ended up at the sound of the load and was quickly told not to call (pologise for the staff that others call) and that we are not served, despite waiting patiently outside. at this point we had waited 30 minutes to eat something. the men who answered the phones were extremely rude, and I still cannot understand why if we were so politely asked if a worker could come into the window and take out the order, they would simply not. the time of phone call was 0:40 Monday 14 juni for reference, I hope these are recorded and monitored. we also asked the man on the phone after his name, which he refused to say both on the phone and talk through the screen outside. overall I am very disappointed by this service. really like my local dominos and it really has an acidic taste in my mouth, how rude and ineptic workers in this night. over half an hour of our time to waste and not to be treated with human condition is only terrifying. my only thoughts are that, as the football on maybe they had some difficult customers before I can understand, but we were extremely patient and polite. all in all I will probably not use dominos again because of this experience. the personal represents the brand and they have occupied several people in a load, where not the common sense or standing up to act politely or correctly.

I ordered at 7pm on Thursday using the BOGOF deal. Pizza was due for 10-15mins for collection. I arrived in 10mins and they were both ready and one of my pizzas had been complimentarily upgraded to the next size!

Never a bad pizza from Domino's West Street. Great quality banter from the staff every time I go in for my collection deal.

Terrible staff terrible pizzas never no cheese and will never use this place again the place is an absolute joke ...................

We are not people to make a fuss about things like this but honestly the WORST customer service we have personally ever experienced. We we’re made to feel like we were being a pain for ordering from them. Staff did not make any eye contact...on collection and the man did not say one word to us. The pizza was just shoved across the counter in our direction and he continued his conversation with his colleagues. So rude. We are not people to moan but we will NEVER be ordering from here again absolutely awful !
