City Spice - Sheffield

My partner and I frequently order from this restaurant and it is our go-to Indian takeout in the area. The food is incredible! Tonight, my partner tried the tandoori king prawns and he described them as top quality. He was initially concerned that they might be rubbery, as is often the case with takeout prawns, but they were actually delicious. The meat is consistently tender and the curries are full of flavor, with generous portions that would satisfy even the heartiest appetite. They also serve authentic peshwari naan with sultanas and coconut, which we appreciate as some places skip the fruit filling, to our disappointment. The food always arrives early or on time and is piping hot. Overall, this restaurant offers first-class food and service.

I tried this curry house for the first time because our usual one was closed. The food was delivered a few minutes late, but the driver apologized, which I appreciated. The food was absolutely delicious. We ordered a starter and a main meal, and both were spicy and full of flavor. This will be our new go-to curry house. Thank you.

The food at this restaurant is excellent and the staff is friendly. The menu has a good variety of options and everything is reasonably priced. Overall, it's a place that is hard to fault.

Tried this takeaway for the first time and thought it was delicious! We chose here as it was slightly cheaper than a lot of the Indians around. I had Chicken Tikka Bhuna, Pilau Rice and Garlic Naan. My boyfriend had Chicken Tikka Sagg, Pilau Rice...and Garlic Naan. We both really really enjoyed the meal and will go here again!

In the past this takeaway was really good, but then it started to go from bad to worst but we kept ordering thinking it would get better but it never did. Recently we have started to order our takeaways again from them, asking Saj to...cook our meals for us because they are so delicious and and he cooks our curry' s the way that they used to be cooked. Our most recent meal was delicious and couldn't fault it one bit, infact the last few meals we have had from City Spice have been faultless.
