Booked online, had confirmation email, but when we arrived, it was not booked. no probs have a table. I ordered a chicken flour that I would press as a breast, but actually was on the bone - my fault not to check. a piece was in order, the other piece was so hard I couldn't get it out of the bone. I ordered eaton mess for desert that was in the grunde a court of yogurt with pieces of meringue in it. the service was good, the poor food.

Very cold in restaurant. main topic was the extensive waiting for food. despite not very busy our order was wrongly placed meaning a 45-minute wait. by apology we were offered free coffee, but these were not materialized.

My daughter and I enjoyed a delicious meal with great service. all the staff were friendly. we will return in the new year.

Easily disappointing eating this visit. my confit gut should have been crispy and my fondant chocolate had no gooey funds. our waitress was, however, very apologetic and corrected the situation with another pitted to which I was not accused. we still liked it.
