Apparently, the administration monitors feedback and draws conclusions, because it did not notice the previous shortcomings (which were described earlier). The security guard did not cling to anyone, he just did his job. Duration of service, almost like in Mac or KFS, when they have a lot of customers. That is, they waited 5 10 minutes for an order for 4 people. And it's normal when the hall is empty and there are only a couple of people in the kitchen. There is no point in hiring 10 workers when the establishment is almost empty. The interior is modern, clean, without ponts, many places for charging gadgets. Food everything is great, better than KFS and, perhaps, better than in Mak. All the way I like it) I wish the establishment prosperity and more customers!

The order was waiting for a long time. The place is cold, very cold chairs. Annoying security guard who every 5 min. suitable (asks you not to play tricks on the playground, constantly watches you eat and makes inappropriate comments... The security guard is the biggest minus of this institution, how many times have there been and so many times one negative from him.

The burgers were warmed up on tepan and served, the cutlet was cold on one side, this is a dog's shame! Although if it were fresh, then the double cheese itself is delicious, unscrupulous employees. We need a good leader, and this applies to all other hesburgers in Kyiv and the region
