Bidra med feedbackI really love getting my coffee from Starbucks. I love the simplicity of online ordering and not with this tricky fear to find out on the monitor when I arrive. I get one of the three same drinks every time, because I don't like to get something in fear, don't like it, and I will usually force myself to drink the small mistakes because they are bearable and I understand that there are different baristas. But today one of my normals only tasted like oat milk. I tried six times before the arrival in the branch so I don’t have to be “the person” and they don’t answer. When I arrived, I told them politely that my order didn't taste right as it was missing coffee. The girl in the window asked me if it was something I had before (because I added extra things to it), and I said yes, she still tried to appear as if it were my mistake. That disturbed me. You see the visual difference between the two. I always command the same thing. It's in my favorites, I don't even have to edit it.
Wonderful staff. I always loved Starbucks and I was born in California. Starbucks is like Amazon. Very nice and friendly people do the best of their job! Thank you so much for making me happy so early in the morning! I really appreciate you!
Very friendly staff! They are also consistent as they make their drinks. I have found some locations vary depending on who makes the drink. Love consistency!
Last couple times I went no one greeted me or even attempted to connect with me as a customer.This place used to be good and have good baristas. Not anymore. Guess from now on it's gotta be Scooters or Dutch bros.
I used to order here literally 7days a week sometime multiple times a day but the last 6 months or so I?ve been slowing down and for good reason. Literally every time I order my drink is either messed up or they don?t have everything that goes in it so they just leave it out and when I ask about it they just say sorry. I literally spend around $7 per drink and for it to be messed up and not made correctly is very disappointing. I no longer order my favorite coffee there because it?s so bad you literally can?t drink it anymore unless you?re lucky enough to have the one person working that can make it the right way. I?ve tried mixing it up and ordering different drinks but they are still not made correctly. I know what they should taste like and what?s supposed to be in them because there are only a few I will order. So today I ordered 2 and spent $15 and one was supposed to have dried fruit which makes they drink taste even better but I ordered it on the app and when I got there to pick it up I was missing the fruit. I asked if they had it and they just looked at me and was like sorry we?re out. It would be nice to know that when ordering it before I spend $7 on a drink. Shawnee Starbucks just isn?t the same anymore.
