Kfc - Shawnee

My experience picking a delivery from this store was awful. Despite patiently waiting for close to 15mins to be served, I was told to wait further so they can serve customers who came in way after I had walked in yet I was next in line. Delivery drivers are equally important as customers that walk in or use the drive thru. Whatever happened to professionalism????

The huh was terrible it looked like it was sitting among the lights for hours it was very dry and hard the so call manager did not and would not correct the problem so if they go after a doggie meal to kfc on shawne mission parkway they have many doggie meals

If kfc increase their prices and take away the $5 box meal, this is a downer and we will look everywhere to eat. secure hope that they can recover from covid that this little once popular business hurts.

The load was dirty. the service was slow. I was the only customer on the switch and had a very simple order, 1 piece box and they got it wrong. they gave me an additional cookie for my inconvenience. So. I think so. I was a little uncomfortable that they took my wrong food and put it back on the line to serve again. I touched it, and it went back to the rack to serve someone else. I'm clean, but what about the other guy?

Poor service at this locationI waited over five minutes at the counter before someone showed up to take my order because they were busy taking orders from drive-thru.
