Chez Ti-poil - Shawinigan

Le poulet trop cuit, les patates grecques pas assez cuites, la salade très ordinaire, le riz séché par endroit, la fondue parmesan ouf (celle de l’épicerie est vraiment meilleure) d’autres fois des hamburgers avec la boulette pas assez cuite, une pizza avec la pâte pas cuite ..... on est vraiment loin de la qualité d’il y a quelques années .... vraiment dommage. Terminé pour moi, quand on paie pour un bon souper on s’attend à un bon souper, désolée.

I was on a business trip, and this restaurant was conveniently located just across the street. I visited twice and ordered poutine both times. The first three photos feature the "Steak & Onions" variety, while the others showcase the "General Tao." Both were medium-sized portions and priced under $15.

Great place! The food was excellent and the service was very good.

I used to really enjoy this restaurant, but since it reopened, the service has been very poor. I ordered a mushroom and Swiss cheese benedict for breakfast (that was the name on the menu), and I received a benedict without any cheese or mushrooms, with the fruit covered in hollandaise sauce. When I asked the waitress if there had been a mistake with my order, she said she thought I didn't want mushrooms or cheese. She then brought me a small bowl of mushrooms on the side, but still no cheese. She also never asked if we wanted any condiments for the bread or potatoes. I don't understand why they don't provide proper service!
