Recently purchased a prime rib roast for a dinner party. I was a colossal pain in the butt with 1 million questions. It’s an investment buying a piece of meat like this. They were very patient with me, answered all my questions, and the meal turned out incredibly well. People are still commenting on how good the prime rib was. Thank you for making me look like the hostess with the mostest and tolerating my endless questions!

Wagyu Flank was perfect for Carne Asada, very tender. Grilled over post oak and mesquite with SPG, great butter flavor!

The meats at Cleaver Cork are high quality and delicious. Not sure how to cook something or looking for a new recipe? The staff is wonderful at giving recommendations.

High end products with friendly knowledgeable staff. Meats and seafood are all of high quality. The prepackaged sides are outstanding. It is not going to replace the grocery store, but if you need something to make a special meal, this is your place.
