Mcdonald's - Sharonville

The ordered pancakes received the bag without utensils, butter, syrup or serviettes. When I asked about them, I got a posture and was told about the young lady who gave me my food that I had a posture when I complained. unprofessional. will not return.

Didn't understand how they were busy as hell and I still got semi hot French fries. I would have gave them 2 stars but the staff was super friendly

I’ve been going to this location for a while now. Ordered through their mobile app for curbside and by the time my food came out a girl named Rosie came out and lectured me for being in the wrong spot. Went to go double check the app just to make sure. And yet I was in the right spot.Started looking through my order when I noticed my frappe wasn’t right. I ordered a large and they gave me a medium. So I went back through The drive thru to get things fix and who else other than Rosie is at the window. She once again lectures me that I’m in the wrong even though I know I ordered a large and then she tries to pull a quick one on me to charge me more!Had a pretty good experience with this location until today. Someone tell Rosie to fix her attitude.

It is so bad, I want to give them a 0 but that’s not possible so I will give them a 1. These people have been rude to my nephew, who’s a teen, countless of times for no reason! Not only have they been rude but they’re also extremely racist towards him. We live near the McDonalds so we go often and today I went through the drive through and I ordered a simple meal for him. I asked the lady at the drive through for ketchup and the lady responded rudely that they don’t have any so I asked for buffalo sauce and she said they were out of that too. I told her to give me whatever sauce they had and what do you know, she gave me ketchup! She then slammed the door so hard I seriously thought it might break. In all honesty it’s horrible when you just try to get some food and people are just rude for no reason!

I just had the worst experience at the McDonald's on Hauck Rd. I waited over 40 minutes for a curbside pickup from a mobile order. I called at 20 minutes was told they were just getting my 3 sodas together. I waited another 10 minutes was told the same thing when I called again. Then the food came out without the sodas. He said that they were short-staffed which would have been fine if I hadn't seen cars come go from the drive-thru. He then told me that the drive-thru customers were the priority next time I should use Door Dash. Are you kidding me? I also ordered 2 orange juices, which they didn't have don't have the ability to refund me for I have to do it through customer service spend more time to get this done. I will never go to this McDonald's again!
