When I placed my order online, it did not include a discount. They charged me and had to cancel the transaction and rung it up correctly and then did not submit the return and held my money for over a week. I had to keep calling and eventually. I had to go up there and get my money. So that was not convenient service whatsoever.Vegetarian options: Pizza and pasta with no meat

The website does not give option for extra BBQ to be added to the chicken so I have to call and ask. This time they added it and it was perfect for me. The BBQ bacon chicken is the best. It's all I get but sometimes it is a little dry. But not this

57.99 worth of wings and pizza. Delivered 1hour and 25 minutes after the eta. I called the store, apparently address was in wrong zip code...I called to cancel my order. the store employee asked for, the correct address and assured my order was made fresh. It was not fresh. I called store the next morning and I was told there was nothing they could do because I didn't call the might before!! Never asked me to hold on, to follow up etc. He said my only option was to put a poor review and THEN Maybe the Area manager would replace the order. I'm sure the employee/ manager had the means yo fix this.

Ordered pizza delivery guy was great whoever made my pasta bowl ripped me off I've ordered from here multiple times and it was okay. But the portion I got was so small it wouldn't even feed one

Ordering online is easy and my delivery always comes fast even on weekends! It’s always hot and exactly what I ordered! The delivery drivers every time are very friendly and always pet my dog!!
