Domino's Pizza - Shanklin

I ordered food for a bank holiday on Monday and have an autistic daughter who is very particular about what she eats. We had requested a personalized pizza, but unfortunately, it wasn't included in the delivery. After a few attempts, I finally reached someone on the phone. I understand that mistakes can happen, and the woman I spoke with was incredibly polite! When the correct order arrived, I was very happy with the delivery team. They were polite and understanding, which made the experience much better. Even though the initial delivery was incorrect, I'm very grateful to the staff, especially the delivery drivers (a man and a woman).

A huge thank you to the team at @dominosshanklin for their incredible pizzas and for handling our large order so well. Their fantastic service went above and beyond, and nothing felt impossible for them. I truly appreciate all of your efforts. I’d also like to give a special shout-out to the service manager who went the extra mile to help make the order for 50 young children smooth and hassle-free.
