I’ve only had the açaí bowl and a mango bowl and they were both very tasty and looked cool. The only thing is that the bowl is very large and I wish they had more toppings. They do taste really really good so I’m glad there is a place like this. Also, Lizzy is super nice!!
Cute place, not a lot of seats. Quite expensive compared to other places. The cookies are nice. I’d go again if I’m in the area. But there are nicer places.
Lizzy’s sells a vegan chocolate chip cookie and honestly, I have commuted 40 mins on the metro for it and I will do it again. The tomato and basil soup is really delicious, I had it when I was sick and I’m convinced it single-handedly cured me. I’m not a big smoothie bowl person but if you are you won’t be disappointed with this place. There’s sliced coconut, cacao nipples and whatever the latest superfood is sprinkled on top, even edible flowers sure to rake in the likes. Lizzy’s is located in a hip, open-plan, faux-industrial space with other eateries and the prices reflect that, however there’s not really anywhere else to get this kind of food in Shanghai so ya may as well buy the 18RMB cookie and enjoy it.
Best smoothie bowls I’ve had in China! Açai and Avocado both delicious, their juices all look amazing and they have jars of house-made natural nut butters. Mostly take away but there is a long bench out the front on the sidewalk which was a perfect spot to hang on a sunny Sunday morning!
