The wrap was hard and cold. Hot coffee was wrong. My sandwich was dry and not hot at all

No donut selection, donuts I did get were stale twice now, some actually even hard. Do not recommend.

Missed items!

Order incorrect. Ordered a Latte, received what I believe was a green tea latte. Did not work well with a hazelnut flavoring.
