Kfc - Shallotte

Normally they are very friendly and understanding. But today I went there to get food for my mother in law who had just had surgery and never got part of her meal. So I call they took her name and told me to come by.. So I do and the manager was a complete jerk basically said we were lying about what we paid for and never gave us the food almost 13 dollars of food she paid for and never got.i really wish I could give them a zero..

Food is horrible. Chicken wasn't fried in KFC batter just flour without seasoning. Looked like chicken bought from Food lion fried in flour and old Canola grease. It's been years since I've been here. Now I know

Went to get a 20$ fill up and a short young blonde girl see ing me thru the window was very rude and forgot all 4 of my sauces on my 20$ fill up. And it's super bowl night I mean come on.

Got pulled up when there was only one other customer behind me. Gave me their food at first. I gave it back and pulled up like they asked. Waited for around 15 minutes. Went in and they were putting my order together said the tenders had to cook, but all the food was cold. All the employees had poor attitudes besides the guy that gave me my food. He deserves a raise. The rest should find another job if they’re so miserable.

We very rarely get chicken but get Cole slaw and fries to go with hamburgers when we cook out. Lol.
