Burger King - Shah Alam

Only discovered that burger king has a great fish sandwich - a crispy piece when kabeljau. I'm getting more for it. at this day the point when the sale broke down, but the staff in section 9 shah alam treats the chaos with rest

Nice place but this is no fast food, service is very slow.

The crew is busy preparing online order. There are two counters, but they open one only, even though the dine-in customers have a long queue. BGK Masalam's staff should be more proactive with the customers and the surroundings. Tonight myself and family feels so disappointed

Please dont come here guys. I had a very terrible experience here. Service very very very slow. Staffs were slow. They missed my friend's order, we went to the counter again to ask why it is so late, but they actually dont know about the order and ya they take a new order. it took so much time to finish the order. overall service 0/5

Please train your staffs properly! They legit got lost while doing their job halfway while there's still a long line waiting, they think it's a joke to play around while the customers are waiting? This branch has to be the worst among all other branches. Service absolute horrible, manager was sitting there minding his own business, didn't even bother to give a hand to help his colleagues. There has to be something wrong with your management system in Malaysia, to describe the manager simply, spectacles and bigger size than average, hope this gives you a clue on what to look at. Environment wise, it's okay. But only two ppl working is just disappointing and shameful! Definitely would not recommend this place!
