Goebel’s Country Store - Shady Cove

This place is the brisket sandwich, was absolutely amazing. The flavor was rich, the meat was moist and bread was fresh. I do believe I found a new favorite place to eat. The staff was quick and very precise with their orders. Very nice and I love the rustic smoke house appeal. We stopped on a whim because of the reviews. She’s a Texas girl who brings her wood from Texas for some amazing Texas bbq dishes. Her little gift shop is charming as well as the whole dining experience. We’ll done! Awesome BBQ. Had ribs and brisket and neither disappointed. Even sides were excellent. Banana pudding and mixed berry shortcake were very good as well. We are from the south surrounded by good BBQ and this was as good if not better.
