A very nice and professional reception in a room with a breathtaking and relaxing view of the lake. surprising quality and refinement; the chef will certainly go very far because his kitchen is both inventive and classic in the subtlety of mixtures and kitchen. perfect ceviche and turbo.
Home charming service impeccable. the menu offers new dishes that we have been eager to discover. Coriander and mescal ceviche is rich in perfumes and flavours. grilled bread tagliatelles are surprisingly original in their taste and texture. accompanied by mushrooms and truffles, the whole is delicious. in dessert, the combination of coffee sarrasin is convincing. he called an irish coffee for the harmony of flavors (irish is not what the bartender succeeds best). remarkable smoky puilly from prettyvet. as a bonus, romantic view of the lake ofannecy. We'll certainly be back.
Visits this summer: lunches with daily menu, lunch à la carte, and an aperitif wine/tapas:- Breakfast menu of the day very good value for money (entrance-plat-dessert attention no choice between several dishes); dishes are studied, original and well presented; some imperfections sometimes (so much too cooked or a sugar tile too thick that sticks to the teeth in a dessert) but overall it is good and well balanced. propose wines in pot at noon would however be welcome (car very few bottles and relatively expensive bottles). Service not very sharp but casual, pleasant. à la carte (much) more expensive. well-made dishes, very pleasant. However, I do not understand the wine list: only big merchants (jean perrier for savoy, aegerter en bourgogne, perrin en vallée du rhône), it is very agreed and without vice or virtue (and yet sold quite expensive). Why don't we propose to us a bunch of independent producers? Moreover, the staff, very pleasant elsewhere, does not know the wines of the map well, it is a shame. Finally, an entry/fish/viande/dessert menu was proposed before. his return would be welcome -.apertif tapas/vins : tapas of good quality, pleasant atmosphere. new bartender very friendly and helpful. In the end, some imperfections but overall, we feel good. the note is rather but it doesn't exist so I put a stars of encouragement.
Very nice hotel and restaurant. I enjoyed eating and the hospitality. superb goose to eat. fabulous servis as they expect from such a restaurant. beautiful presentation in eating too. no great fun at the conference and the structure of the restaurant. I want more elegance and better decoration to feel more special. I will go back
