Bidra med feedbackEn este momento no lo recomiendo. No son representativos, ladrones y muy poca palabra. Te digo por qué estamos tan descontentos. Ya se sabe que en algunas páginas de pedidos a domicilio no son los más puntuales, pero decidimos darles una oportunidad y pedir aquí ya que había una oferta de dos por uno en Uber. Antes de hacer el pedido contacté con el lugar para saber si la oferta ambos debe ser los mismos extras y la misma pizza, la persona que contestó el teléfono dijo que no, que pusiera lo que quisiera en la segunda pizza en los comentarios y así lo hice. Para empezar, la pizza ya estaba con hongos y jamón de York. Bueno, entonces añadí los extras para la primera que ya tenía, cebolla, ternera y Peperonni. En los comentarios puse los que quería para la segunda pizza que eran queso extra, cebolla, pollo y ternera. Hice el pedido y dijeron que llegaría entre las 22:10h y las 22:30h, pero llegó a las 22:15h, una hora tardía que es lo menos. Lo siguiente es que el repartidor no llevaba mascarilla y mucho menos guantes... Muy lógico y muy bien hecho por él. Cuando las miro me doy cuenta de que las pizzas no tienen lo que pedimos. La masa de las pizzas quemada, muy chiclosa y la cobertura tan desigual y tan escasa que apenas te alimentas. No trajeron uno de los ingredientes principales que era el hongo. La ternera tampoco apareció. El extra de queso no aparece en ninguna parte. El Peperonni fue añadido a ambas cuando solo pedimos uno... Llamé para comunicarme y me dijeron que eso no era así, les expliqué y les dije cómo venían y al final reconocieron el error y me ofrecieron devolverlas y traernos las que realmente habíamos pedido, pero que tardaría unos 40 minutos y nos quedaríamos sin cenar, obviamente les dije que sí. Llamé de nuevo en ese momento y... El RESTAURANTE estaba cerrado. Después de llamarlo 20 VECES, estoy segura de que no puedes usar el TELÉFONO. Así que tuvimos que comernos las pizzas que no habíamos pedido y unas patatas fritas mediocres. ¡Son unos timadores, aprovechados y mucho más! No recomiendo este lugar en absoluto y espero que al menos con estas quejas aprendan un poco, pero creo que lamentablemente la única solución que veo es que, por la forma en que atienden al cliente, cierren el negocio por falta de ventas o por malas opiniones, lo cual es aún peor. Una vergüenza total que en los tiempos que corren existan este tipo de establecimientos. Si tuviera la oportunidad, pondría una queja sin dudarlo. ¡Espero que nunca pidan aquí! Es verdad.
