Wendy's - Sevierville

I have always enjoyed Wendy's. Always 5 star. Today is a radical departure from great. The baked potatoes were over cooked. They were out of meat for the singles so they put 2 mini burger patties on each single. One was burnt. I am surprised and disapointed.

Decided to give this Location a try again since it’s on my way to work. I’ll just remember this for future reference because every time I go to this place it’s mediocre at best. today I went for breakfast. It took forever for just one breakfast sandwich when I got it and finally got it out of the bag, the bottom croissant bun was hard as a rock, and the rest of it was completely inedible even had an egg shell in my eggs. Of course, they didn’t give me a receipt because then I would be able to do a survey. Shady business. Never going back.

When I approached the counter the man at the counter turned towards the ice cream machine and put his hand up to his mouth. Then I heard a dip can shut. That's disgusting to do that right on the front counter, handled tobacco then put his finger in his mouth without washing his hands. Took our order and handled our food that way. Gross and a code violation.

Had digital coupon, lady scanned it tried to charge me full price then wiped out coupon from app. People in front of me got their order wrong twice.

Worst fries with bacon I have ever eaten.. definitely do not recommend..
